Saturday night's lightweight division bout between Devin Haney and Vasiliy Lomachenko still has boxing fans reeling amid a unanimous decision that resulted in the undisputed champion improving his professional boxing record to 30-0. According to the punch stats, Vasiliy Lomachenko landed significantly more power punches, jabs, and body punches than Haney, leading many pundits to believe that he truly won the final three rounds and the scorecard. After the fight, Oscar De La Hoya, a former lightweight champion, stated that he scored Loma as the winner. This remains a sentiment shared amongst many throughout the boxing world, including Loma's team.

"Loma was denied this victory in the ring on Saturday," Loma's manager, Egis Klimas, wrote. "He deserves the opportunity to be ranked #1 and to get another chance at realizing his goals as soon as possible."

In response, Haney hopped on Twitter with some scathing commentary for the right-handed Ukrainian fighter.

"This guy is a f***ing sore loser," the Champ wrote on Twitter. "Get this privilege sore loser out of boxing he makes excuses as he goes!"

Although boxing legends such as Roy Jones Jr. have already gone public calling for a rematch of Saturday night's highly contested bout, Loma recently stated that he doesn't believe Haney will fight again at 135 pounds.
