According to reports, a man was arrested in Oakland on assault and hate crimes after a video of his road rage went viral.
Tracy Robert Blackwell, 61, was seen hurling racial slurs at the other driver and intentionally rams the victim’s car before losing control and crashing into the freeway shoulder.
Blackwell was booked into the Alameda County Jail on charges of assault with a deadly weapon with hate crime enhancements
