Robert Allen, the suspect who accepted a plea deal in the murder case involving XXXTentacion, has been credited with five years served (of a seven-year sentence) after having been locked up since 2018. The man who cooperated against his co-defendants, Trayvon Newsome, Michael Boatwright, and Dedrick Williams, is set to be released in 2025. In accordance with the ruling made by Broward Judge Michael Usan, Allen will also be levied with 20 years of probation following his 2025 release.
