According to reports, 50 Cent has joined Shaquille O’Neal and Kenya Barris in an attempt to buy BET.
TMZ noted that 50 Cent and Barris were seen at the Paramount offices in New York City towards the beginning of this week to speak about possibilities related to purchasing BET.
Reports noted Barris, Shaq, and 50 are ready to go with making an offer, noting that an investment company named CVC would be helping.
Sources that spoke to TMZ said, “It’s not a done deal, but they’re deep in it.” News of 50 Cent’s interest in the network comes after he revealed he hates that he worked with STARZ.
