Update 04/27/2023 4:19pm:

The saga involving Bam Margera and his legal matters took an interesting twist this morning when the skateboarding icon surrendered to the Pennsylvania State Police at the Avondale location after he allegedly fled the scene of a crime involving his older brother, Jess Margera (from the band known as CKY) on Sunday. Jess accused Bam of property damage and death threats aimed at their entire family. However, after being fingerprinted, arraigned at District Court, and released from jail on Thursday, Bam shared a statement via Instagram page that opposed his brother's commentary regarding the highly publicized incident. The former Jackass star also indicated that Jess may soon have to atone for his commentary in a defamation lawsuit.

"I just got out of the courthouse with my lawyers. Everything went great and the false accusations of what my brother says are not true and he will be sued for defamation as well as being evicted from castle bam sooner than later. The reason I lost my cool is because I read his phone saying he wants me back in California, and he wants to find a way to 302 me. F*** him"

According to reports, the Pennsylvania State Police have issued a warrant for the arrest of former MTV star Bam Margera. A cultural icon in the world of skateboarding, Margera rose to prominence by producing an underground film series centered around skateboarding called CKY. The success of the show landed him on the radar of the executive producers of MTV during the network's heyday in the early 2000s. From there, Margera went on to star in two beloved shows called "Jackass" and "Viva La Bam." At the time, one of the most entertaining and somewhat disturbing aspects of these programs was how Margera interacted with his family members, such as his parents (Phil and April) and his Uncle Vito. Oftentimes, the show's skits would depict a young Margera getting physical with his dad. In the decades that followed, Margera's star began to fade, his best friend/former co-star on Jackass (Ryan Dunn) passed away as he began to succumb to drug and alcohol abuse.

Unfortunately for Margera, his inner demons have continued to manifest. On Sunday morning, the 43-year-old reportedly kicked down the bedroom door of his older brother, Jess, before hitting him in the head, urinating in his kitchen sink, and “threatening to kill everyone in the house, including their father and two other people.” The cops arrived on the scene shortly after the incident, but by that time, Margera had taken off running into the woods. He has been on the run ever since. When asked about the sad occurrence, Bam's mother, April, said, “We all love him so much.”
