50 Cent recently took to Instagram and spoke about the television, seemingly threatening to expose the television industry.
The rapper and TV showrunner posted photos of former Hot 97 show host-turned-TV broadcaster Lisa Evers and revealed the media personality reached out to him. Via a caption on his Instagram post, 50 said “This lady from Fox 5 News called asking if I would speak to her about my experience in television production.” He continued saying “I said like real behind the scenes, 👀 if she does this the Tv is going to go black 📺.”
Many hopped in the comments to ask the rapper why he didn’t acknowledge Evers by name, despite her being a legendary staple in New York radio and media. Evers then hopped in the comments to respond, saying “Whaaaat ???!!! This lady 😂 is @lisaevers #fox5ny – same one who did your very first TV interview in 2003 ‘Get Rich or Die Tryin’ – same one who did a bunch of other interviews throughout your incredible career …. why you acting brand new?
