Afroman is being sued by several of the Ohio deputies and sergeants who raided his home back in August, as they claim that the rapper is profiting from their images.

According to TMZ, the deputies aren't pleased that Afroman is using their image from security footage of the raid of his home. Afroman wasn't home during the raid, but his wife filmed footage of the deputies in their home with her cell phone.

Following the raid, Afroman used footage from the raid in his "Will You Help Me Repair My Door" music video, and the deputies allege that using their image in the video, on social media posts, and merchandise is an invasion of privacy and misappropriation of their likenesses. They add in the lawsuit that this has caused emotional distress, ridicule, humiliation, loss of reputation, and embarrassment.

Afroman spoke at length about the situation in his latest VladTV interview, which you can view in full here. He also addressed the lawsuit from the deputies, telling TMZ, "My house is my property, my video camera films, everything on my property as they begin, stealing my money, disconnecting plus destroying my video camera system, they became my property!"

Afroman added, "Criminals caught in the act, of vandalizing and stealing money. My video footage is my property. I used it to identify the criminals who broke into my house, and stole my money. I used it to identify criminals, who broke into my house, stole my money and disconnected my home security system."
