According to reports, actor Amanda Bynes was put on a psychiatric hold after the woman was found naked and roaming the streets.
Bynes reportedly walked near downtown Los Angeles this past Sunday morning while naked. The actor flagged down a car and then told the driver she was on the way down from an episode with her mental health. From there, Bynes called 911 for help.
Police sources that spoke to TMZ said the actor was taken to a nearby hospital, and a mental health team determined that the actor should be put on a 5150 psychiatric hold.
Bynes is still hospitalized, according to sources that spoke to TMZ. She will reportedly get care from the facility for a few more days, despite psych holds usually lasting 72 hours. Stay tuned for more updates.
