According to reports, sentencing for rapper Casanova in the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation RICO case has been delayed. Casanova is one of 18 co-defendants who are facing numerous charges of murder, drug trafficking, and violent assault. 

Casanova was facing charges of racketeering conspiracy, conspiracy to sell drugs, and possessing a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. Cas pleaded not guilty to the charges and noted that he was innocent. The rapper also says his status as a rapper and his connections made him a target to the police. 

Previously, Casanova pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute over 100 kilos of marijuana, as well as one count of conspiracy to participate in affairs of a criminal enterprise through racketeering. Casanova is now scheduled to face sentencing on June 27, 2023. The rapper is reportedly facing up to 60 years in prison.
