Ja Morant was recently suspended from the NBA after he flashed a gun while on Instagram Live. From there, it was noted Morant would be missing a good chunk of games while he was under investigation by the NBA. While the Grizzlies player won’t face any criminal charges from the police, it appears companies Morant has been working with are distancing themselves from the situation.
According to The Drum, Coca-Cola has pulled Powerade advertisements featuring Ja Morant. The ads were a part of the ‘From underestimated to undeniable’ campaign, which was being run all over social media. However, the minute-long ad featuring Morant has been wiped from YouTube and made private on their social media accounts.
