Original 02/23/2023 3:21pm:

Last year, Bronx Drill rapper Kay Flock (aka Kevin Perez) was arrested on a first-degree murder charge stemming from a gun incident just outside a barbershop in Harlem, New York. Kay Flock is currently awaiting sentencing for his alleged role in the death of Oscar Hernandez. However, a recent indictment appears to have put his freedom in even more jeopardy. Along with seven other individuals, the 19-year-old is accused of multiple racketeering conspiracy charges in the name of the Belmont-based criminal organizations known as "Sev Side" and "Third Side." The two gangs have allegedly worked in tandem to commit criminal activity. The suspects are also facing murder and weapon possession charges.
