A photo of Bronx rapper Kay Flock recently surfaced online, and many people are pointing out his gains since he's been in custody for nearly a year. In the photo, Kay Flock posed shirtless while wearing khaki shorts and all-white Air Force 1’s.

Kay Flock was arrested on December 23 for the murder of 24-year-old Oscar Hernandez following an alleged exchange at a barbershop. Jeffrey Lichtman, who previously represented El Chapo, believes that Kay Flock will be cleared of his charges. Lichtman believes Kay Flock was acting in self-defense, and he stated, "I’m looking forward to winning his trial. When the facts come out I think people will be shocked he was even charged."

However, Kay Flock was hit with racketeering charges, and he was federally indicted for allegedly running the Sev Side/DOA gang with five others on February 23.

U.S. Attorney Damian Williams stated in the Department of Justice’s press release, "Over a span of several years, the members of these gangs allegedly terrorized neighborhoods in the Bronx and Manhattan by killing and shooting other people. Through these charges, we will hold Sev Side and Third Side members responsible for plaguing our communities with gun violence."
