Seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady announced his retirement from the NFL on Wednesday following a pedestrian 2022 season.
News headlines and sports talk shows were dominated by the Brady narrative on Wednesday and many people across industries paid their respects to the career of "The GOAT." One of the people to congratulate Tom on his career and wish him continued success in the next chapter of his life was his ex-wife Gisele Bündchen.
Gisele commented on Tom's retirement post and wrote, "Wishing you only wonderful things in this new chapter of your life."
Interestingly enough, the union between Tom and Gisele dissolved due in large part to him continuing his playing career only to retire for what seems like the last time only a season later.
