Marilyn Manson has reportedly been sued for sexual assault of a minor, according to reports.

A lawsuit that surfaced claims the musician groomed and sexually assaulted an underaged girl numerous times in the ’90s. Manson was named as a defendant in the suit along with his labels Nothing Records and Interscope. The lawsuit was filed in the Nassau County Supreme Court in New York and found “Jane Doe” accusing the artist of intentional infliction of emotional distress, sexual battery, negligence, and more.

The suit says Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, “performed various acts of criminal sexual conduct upon Plaintiff, who was a virgin at the time, including but not limited to forced copulation and vaginal penetration,” while on the artist’s tour bus. The plaintiff also claimed one of the band members watched the incident between Manson and the unnamed person. “Jane Doe” then claimed she was given a 1-800 number for the band and password if she wanted to meet Manson again.

Jane Doe then named other instances of being “groomed” by the artist, with the woman saying groundwork was laid to “psychologically intimidate and control” her. The plaintiff is asking for damages as well as an order to prevent “Defendants from future unlawful business practices including, but not limited to, exposing minors and vulnerable adults to sexual abuse and exploitation.” Stay tuned for more updates.
