The animated comedy series Family Guy has often offered a comedic twist on various pop culture moments. However, the show's jokes have also offended some, and a resurfaced episode from 2021 has many Nipsey Hussle fans upset.
In April 2021, the show aired an episode titled, "Young Parent Trap," during its 19th season where Nipsey Hussle's death was mocked. In the scene, the main character Peter Griffin questions his son Chris about a music festival before Chris' response mentions Nipsey and the late 2Pac.
"Ahh, a music festival, you think The von Trapps will stick around to pick up their award this time?" Peter asked before Chris responded, "I don't know about them, but they're gonna have holograms of 2Pac and also Nipsey Hussle, who I'd never heard of and then was told to care immensely about."
This clip has since gone viral and caused many fans to voice their displeasure with the show. Look above to view the scene.
