As if the YSL RICO case couldn't become any more interesting and unpredictable, Yak Gotti's Mom (Latasha Kendrick) was recently arrested for an alleged attempt to smuggle tobacco and rolling papers into a courtroom while her son was there for jury selection. According to reports, the items were found in a bag of clothes that she delivered to his lawyer, Douglas Weinstein, on Tuesday.
Upon her arrest, Latasha denied prior knowledge of the contraband, claiming that Yak Gotti's BM, Nyesha Cox, was responsible for inserting a sealed envelope into the bag before she brought it to the courthouse. Now, the authories are looking to bring Nyesha into custody as well. A warrant has been issued for her arrest but she is yet to have been apprehended.
