The topic of young rappers dying has been a big conversation over the past few years, and Shannon Sharpe asked Waka Flocka for his thoughts during the latest episode of "Club Shay Shay."

In 2022, the hip-hop world lost a lot of artists, including Takeoff, PnB Rock, Trouble, and Snootie Wild, who all died violently. Waka Flocka told Shannon that he didn't want to talk about anyone specifically, but he added, "When God blessed you, you have to change your ways. You have to evolve."

After saying that it might've been "wrong place, wrong time" for some of the rappers who have died, Waka spoke about Takeoff being killed at a dice game in Houston. Waka explained that he's never going to play dice with someone in a lower tax bracket than him, and Shannon admitted that he has. Waka then added that he doesn't like unhappy or shady-looking people around him, which you can hear more about above.
