More information is being released surrounding the death of legendary Memphis rapper Gangsta Boo, who rose to fame as part of Three 6 Mafia.
The news of the 43-year-old rapper's death shocked the hip-hop world, as it was announced that her body was found on Sunday, January 1, 2023. CBS affiliate WREG reports that Gangsta Boo was found at a home in the Whitehaven section of Memphis on Sunday.
Those close to Gangsta Boo revealed that she was depressed in light of her father's recent passing. Fans gathered outside of the home where Gangsta Boo was found, and you can hear reactions from them above.
