Terrance "Gangsta" Williams is a street legend from New Orleans whose gritty backstory is known by inmates, criminal organizations, cops, and rappers all over the state of Louisiana. His prison stories have become the stuff of legend, along with his rise to power and fallout with his iconic older brother, Birdman. Earlier this year, Gangsta's street cred was called into question by fellow Louisiana native Boosie. However, plenty of eyewitnesses still vouch for Gangsta's reputation.
Spade TV recently shared an old photograph of the former hustler sitting in the presence of a few other heavy hitters in New Orleans during their prime.
