Cleveland rapper Q Money, real name Qamar Williams, turned himself over to police on Thursday (April 18) on charges that he shot and killed a fellow Cleveland rapper in Decatur, Georgia.

According to police, 23-year-old Q Money is accused of shooting Calvin Chappell, 24, in the head. A man who lived in the apartment where Chapell was shot heard the gunfire and grabbed his gun to run down and see what was going on. The man said he saw Williams with a gun in his hand while he stood over Chappell's body. The man asked Williams what he did and he reportedly only stuttered "I" several times, and the man ran to get his roommate.
