Griselda rapper Benny The Butcher has never been one to shy away from topics related to music and even spoke on his music in the past, addressing the narrative that his music isn’t for women. Now, Benny has chimed in with thoughts on “violent” rap versus what fans perceive to be positive music.
Benny took to his Instagram stories and delivered a message, saying, “Most people who say rap is violent or don’t like rappers talking about drugs WILL NOT listen to that same rapper if he/she makes what they deem to be positive music.” From there, Benny addressed critics of the sound, saying “So shut the f**k up and leave it to the people who like it.”
