Pusha T landed the cover in the latest issue of XXL, and in the accompanying interview, he covered everything from his Almost Dry album being nominated for a Grammy to future album plans. During the conversation, Pusha was also asked about people saying he bested Drake during their high-profile 2018 beef.
When asked if he "wears that as a badge of honor," Pusha T responded, "Every time I hear a subliminal in one of his songs, it just lets me know how deep it hurt him. Because it’s been four years now. And we still talking about it. He is. I don’t. I’m cool. But every time it’s a subliminal, I’m like, Yes. It burns. It still burns. It lets me know. I love it."
During the conversation, Pusha T was also asked about his relationship with Kanye, and Pusha revealed that he's no longer president at G.O.O.D. Music. When asked if he had spoken with Kanye since saying he was "disappointed" in his recent comments about the Jewish community, Pusha T simply stated, "No."
