Bow Wow called out Jermaine Dupri for saying he created ’106 & Park’ for the rapper as a way to compete with the acts constantly shown on ‘Total Request Live’ on MTV. Bow Wow said JD’s claim was “cap,” which prompted Da Brat to hop in the conversation and call out Bow Wow. Since then, Bow Wow has doubled down on his comments while addressing Da Brat in the process. 

Via Twitter, the rapper said, “We live in a weird time when telling the truth is being rude. Or keeping it a buck is disrespectful.. You can’t be serious 😂.” 

Another tweet found Bow Wow directly addressing the ‘106 & Park’ claim again, saying, “I ain’t even do nothing 😂, I said it was a lie. Stephen Hill even came out and said it was a lie. Hahaha how is that rude? Now lying and talking credit is cool? Come on bro 😂.” He then added, “I created Pepsi then… wtf 🤣🤣🤣.”

One fan responded by saying, “Bow Wow need to put his foot in da brat’s a**,” which prompted Bow Wow to say, “Yo chill.” He then said, “I have the utmost respect for Brat. That’s my word. I would never disrespect her and she knows that. She just taking up for her dawg as she should. She the real day 1. Not me.” Take a look above.

Bow Wow previously called out Jermaine Dupri for saying he created ’106 & Park’ specifically for Bow Wow. The rapper went on to tell JD “stop the cap” before proclaiming himself “Mr. 106.” Now, Da Brat has called out Bow Wow for being “disrespectful.” 

Da Brat went on to say she doesn’t have time or patience for the rapper discrediting JD, especially when the producer took on the challenge to accept the young rapper when Snoop Dogg brought him to the label. 

Additionally, Da Brat spoke on the validity of JD’s comments about ‘106 & Park,’ noting the producer did discuss the idea for the show before it was created. She then concluded by saying, “If this is whatchu wanna do… LET'S F**KIN’ GO! Pull up lil n***a witcho disrespectful a**.. so ungrateful.” Take a look above.

Jermaine Dupri recently commented that he created ’106 & Park’ specifically for Bow Wow and brought the idea to BET as a response to ’Total Request Live’ at the time. The footage ultimately went viral, but now Bow Wow has responded with a different take on JD’s claims. 

Via Twitter, Bow Wow addressed the claims made by Dupri, saying, “JD ain't create 106&Park stop the cap. Stephen hill Rick Grimes & all the great people in the BET OFFICE & staff created that show.” The rapper continued, "All I did was capitalize off of what they created and made it mine. I would know…. I am Mr 106! I would never take away from someone's creativity.” Take a look above.
