As Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez's trial continues on, Megan's former best friend, Kelsey Nicole Harris, told the courtroom that she didn't recall a lot of information from the night of the 2020 shooting. Earlier this week, Kelsey claimed that due to the amount of alcohol consumed that night, she doesn't remember the exact details of how Megan was shot.

However, L.A. Times reporter James Queally revealed that prosecutors played Kelsey's police interview from this September to jurors on Friday (December 16). Just a few months ago, Kelsey told them that Tory initially threatened to shoot her during an argument, but things got heated between Megan and Tory. At that point, Kelsey claims that she and Megan got out of the SUV they were riding in, and began walking away.

Kelsey then told police that she looked back after hearing 3 or 4 shots, and she saw Tory shooting with the door of the SUV open. Kelsey said she ran toward Megan, who was bleeding, and Tory also walked up to them. From there, Kelsey and Tory got into an altercation, and they all got back into the SUV, where Kelsey texted Meg's security, "911. Tory shot Meg."

When police arrived at the scene of the shooting, Kelsey said that Tory offered both her and Megan $1 million for their silence. After this point in the recording, the court took a lunch break.
