Megan Thee Stallion and Tory Lanez’s trial has begun. The trial is focused on the July 2020 incident that found Megan injured after Tory Lanez allegedly shot her in the foot. In the trial's opening statements, Lanez’s defense reportedly noted that Megan’s former best friend, Kelsey Harris, was behind the shooting. Along with that, the defense said that Megan and Harris got into an argument after Lanez revealed he and Megan had a sexual relationship. It was noted that Lanez dated Harris in the past.
Lanez’s defense team says during the argument; Harris allegedly said Meg had sex with men she’s dated in the past, naming people like Ben Simmons and DaBaby. Now, Simmons has responded to the claims made by Harris.
A source that spoke to The Shade Room said a source noted Lanez and his defense team were lying because Simmons doesn’t know Harris “at all.” From there, Ben Simmons took to his Instagram stories and posted a video of rapper Rick Ross yelling, “Accusations! False accusations!” Watch above.
