Tory Lanez was recently let off house arrest, according to a report from Rolling Stone reporter Nancy Dillon.
According to the reporter, the rapper was released from house arrest, as the trial for allegedly shooting Megan Thee Stallion is starting jury selection. The rapper was previously placed on house arrest in October 2022. Judge David Herriford spoke on the matter following a prosecution objection, saying, “I’m doing this mainly for the trial preparation aspect.” Dillon noted openings for the case are expected to take place on December 12.
