According to reports, Rockstar Games and their publishing company, Take-Two, have suspended Lil Durk's GTA V "Trenches" server. Lil Durk's team at OTF Gaming debuted their version of a role-playing game about two months ago, and it quickly grew in popularity, partially because it featured components of O-Block in South Side Chicago, such as the famous King Von Mural. Nevertheless, the termination of the game is due to a new "enforcement policy" by Rockstar Games, which outlines their intent to stop the usage of illegal loot boxes, logos for Rockstar Games, and more.

“Take-Two’s legal enforcement policy will be aligned with our current PC Single-Player mods policy,” the statement said. "This will focus on coming down on misuse of Rockstar trademarks and IP, real-world brands, characters, and music, including the sale of ‘loot boxes’ for real-world currency or its in-game equivalent.”

On Sunday, Lil Durk's team responded to the revelation by Rock Star Games with a statement of their own.

“We’ve been notified from the legal counsel of Take-Two Interactive Inc., the parent company of Rockstar Games Inc...We’ve been asked to cease all operations on Trenches. With heavy hearts, we received this news which is unfortunate for our team and most importantly for our community. We have no choice but to comply with their demands as we intend to do right by Take-Two and Rockstar. We will be working with them to find an amicable solution to this matter."
