Update 10/15/2022 11:23am:

50 Cent previously filed a lawsuit against a Florida doctor named Angela Kogan after she allegedly implied the rapper came to visit Perfection Plastic Surgery and MedSpa to get a penile enhancement treatment. Now, Kogan has asked a judge to drop the suit against her.

50’s suit claims he took a photo with her under the impression that the woman was a fan of his. However, the woman took the picture and used it to imply the rapper had been there to take advantage of one of the procedures.

Since then, Kogan asked the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Florida to dismiss the suit. Attorneys for Kogan said, “It is clear from the Photo itself that the taking thereof was not a random happenstance or unsolicited occasion. The content of the Photo shows [50 Cent] in [Kogan’s’] office, next to [Kogan] in her role as a businesswoman/aesthetician (i.e. in professional attire).”

They continued by saying, “The Photo is not representative of [50 Cent] running into a random fan in the middle of the street; rather, it specifically highlights [50 Cent] in a specific situation, for a specific purpose, in exchange of a specific transaction.” The amount 50 Cent is suing for has yet to be revealed.

According to TMZ, 50 Cent is suing plastic surgeon Angela Kogan and her businesses, Perfection Plastic Surgery and MedSpa for implying he had penis enhancement treatment after posting pictures of the hip-hop mogul to use as promo.

The lawsuit states that 50 Cent took a picture with Kogan in February 2020 under the impression that she was a fan. However, he claims she's used the picture to promote her products and services since taking the picture over two years ago.

A post from TheShadeRoom in August forced 50's hand after the media outlet shared the photo with Kogan along with the promo text about penis enhancement treatment. 50 says every time Kogan's services are posted accompanied with their photo together implies that he underwent a procedure which he says never happened. The lawsuit claims the picture is "exposing him to ridicule, damaging his professional and personal reputation and violating his right to control his name and image."
