According to reports, the woman at the center of the Ime Udoka scandal has been identified as 34-year-old married mother of three and Celtics team service manager Kathleen Nimmo Lynch.

The reported devout Mormon, wife, and mother originally got the job with Boston through former lead executive Danny Ainge who now heads the Utah Jazz. The Daily Mail noted that when Ainge learned about the affair that he became incensed because of her religious and marital committments.

"The relationship to the Ainge family or where she went to school or her religious affiliation had nothing to do with the severity of the punishment," a source told The Daily Mail. "The good thing is that everyone regrets what happened and is taking responsibility, and humbled, and trying to fight for their families and lives back," the source said.
