DJ Vlad starts this clip off with an old story about a visit to Mexico a while back. He reveals that when he went clubbing there, he got separated from a friend, which led to Mexican police officers rolling up on him, slamming him against the wall, taking the money out of his wallet, and driving off. "Robbed by the police," DJ Vlad said. In response, China Mac indicates that it isn't always as simple as "abiding by the law," sometimes the laws unfairly favor different people. From there, he shares his thoughts on the rising crime rates in American cities such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York; before explaining why the criminal activity is starting to spill over into rich neighborhoods.
