For many consumers of mainstream media, television, and films, the Black Mamba was first introduced to them as the deadly snake that Elle Driver used to assassinate Budd in Kill Bill Vol 2 back in 2004. Months later, the "Black Mamba" name would be assumed by Los Angeles Lakers star Kobe Bryant, and it is now the iconic moniker that he is associated with to this very day. Famous movies and nicknames aside, the real-life Black Mamba is far more potent in its native continent of Africa.

Not only are Black Mambas the largest venomous snake in Africa, but they are also feared for their aggressiveness, remarkable vision, and unparalleled speed during an attack. A man named Tapiwa Musiiwa from the Hurungwe District (Zimbabwe) recently experienced that notion in the most horrific manner imaginable. During a recent task to collect firewood in Murimbika Village, his wife, daughter, nephew, and mom were all bitten by the same Black Mamba during a vicious attack. In the aftermath, Tapiwa's mother was the lone survivor. Because the attack took place on mountainous terrain, it was all the more difficult for medical attention to reach them in time to save their lives.

Sadly, Tapiwa's daughter and wife were pronounced dead shortly after being transported to Sally Mugabe Central Hospital. While His nephew passed away at the Chinhoyi Provincial Hospital

Musiiwa's wife and daughter died on Friday, September 23, at Sally Mugabe Central Hospital and his nephew died at Chinhoyi Provincial Hospital, Newsday reports.
