Update 09/25/2022 4:40pm:

Previously, blogger Tasha K lost a lawsuit to Cardi B, resulting in her being ordered to pay $4 million to the rapper for defamation. However, the blogger said “I ain’t got it,” during an interview. Despite that proclamation, Cardi B moved to collect the money owed from the blogger’s bank account. Now, Tasha K has filed documents in Georgia asking a judge to stop Cardi B from collecting on the money until her appeal is properly heard.

In the case, the jury awarded Cardi $1.3 million in attorney fees, $1.5 million in punitive damages, and $250,000 for medical expenses. Court documents recently filed by the rapper in Georgia asked to garnish the blogger’s bank accounts at Chase and demanded that the bank hold assets in her account or safety deposit box. Additionally, Cardi B demanded that Chase answer how much money Tasha K has at their bank.

Cardi and her team have opposed the request from Tasha K, saying the blogger has to put up a bond of $3.8 million to stay the execution. Stay tuned for more updates.
