News headlines during the Summer of 2022 have been riddled with shocking headlines about "attacking monkeys" throughout the continent of Asia. Not to be outdone by his primate relatives, a rambunctious male orangutan has been spotted groping human females at Safari World in Bangkok multiple times. On August 15th, the smiling great ape added another attention-grabbing notch under his belt when he approached a female tourist named Angel Orangelor while she was sitting on a park bench. The orangutan crept up behind the 27-year-old, wrapped his arms around her, and grabbed her breasts before sticking his tongue out at the flashing cameras in front of them. It was almost as if the playful orangutan knew exactly what it was doing, and the spectators on hand seemed to get a kick out of the photo op.

“He knows he can’t get into trouble for doing this; that’s why he’s laughing,” Orangelor said after being groped by the charismatic ape. "My friends thought it was funny. We had a real bond...The orangutan was just trying to show me some love...He looked very cute."

According to studies, orangutans and humans share about 97% of the same DNA. From the looks of this incident, mischief and playfulness are characteristics both groups have in common.
