Brittany Renner recently sat down on the Tonight's Conversation podcast, where there was a discussion about the double standard of men dating women 10+ years younger, versus a woman dating a significantly younger man.

Brittany stated, "There's a 12-year age gap, is what we're talking about. So, if I'm 30 years old and I'm talking to your son that's 12 years younger than me, what's the problem?" This led to Randi Rossario Maples sharing her thoughts from the point of view of a mother of teenage sons. Randi told Renner that she wouldn't want her sons to date women 12 years older or younger than them due to a difference in experiences and growth.

When Brittany pointed out that Jay-Z is 12 years older than Beyoncé, who he reportedly started dating when she was 19, Randi stated, "Immediately the conversation went to comparison, I hold both parties accountable."
