Dallas police discovered an unlikely house guest in the form of a tiger when serving an arrest warrant to Dallas rapper Trapboy Freddy on Wednesday.

The cops were assisting the U.S. Marshals Service, DEA, and ATF when they served Trapboy Freddy (real name Devarius Dontez Moore) with an arrest warrant. The 30-year-old rapper is now in custody on weapons charges.

However, when the police made their arrest, they discovered a tiger at the residence. Despite earlier reports, the police confirmed that the tiger was caged and did not escape from the zoo nor roam the streets freely. The police called animal control after discovering the tiger and released a statement that read, "Dallas Animal Services responded to the address and secured the tiger, which is currently being held in protective custody at an undisclosed location."

Trapboy Freddy was arrested earlier in March after a traffic stop. The rapper was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon and the possession of more than two ounces of marijuana. It is currently unclear if his most recent arrest is related to the earlier charges.

It's also not confirmed if Trapboy Freddy will be charged for illegally having a tiger in his possession. Stay tuned as more updates become available.
