In the wake of the tragic deadly shooting of an NYC McDonald's employee last week, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect between fast food staff members and customers has been placed under the magnifying glass. A recent on-camera incident in a drive-thru at a Burger King in Hallandale Beach, Florida, has many people questioning the hiring process at some of the Country's most popular fast food restaurants and if anyone has truly learned anything from the bevy of 'fight/brawl videos' that have emerged online, throughout the year, between buyers and customer service reps.

"Let me get my food," said the customer as he stood outside of his car at Burger King's drive-thru window, reaching towards his bag of food.

"Don't snatch from me cause you won't get nothing, now keep it up!" Replied the Burger King employee.

"Give me the food," the customer said out of frustration.

"What? Go on, get your food--grab it," replied the Burger King worker.

And that's when things escalated from a small rift to a blatantly disrespectful shouting match.

"You're an a*shole!" Said the customer as he grabbed his food and walked away.

"You're an a*shole! Bye a*shole!" replied the Burger King worker.

"You are a f*cking a*shole!" Said the paying customer.

Moments later, the conversation continued after the customer stepped back inside of his vehicle.

"If you was missing a coke, you should have said that!" said the Burger King employee, as he looked at the customer with disgust.

"I told you, and you walked away, and you said all that funny sh*t," the customer replied.

Shortly after the exchange of words, the Burger King worker ended the conversation dramatically by grabbing two large soft drinks and chucking them at the customer. The drinks appeared to hit their target, leaving the customer's car windows and camera phone lenses completely drenched.

Neither party was arrested following the incident.
