In this clip, Fredro Starr reacted to R. Kelly being sentenced to 20 years, and he started off by revealing that he doesn’t listen to Kelly’s music anymore. Fredro then stated that he thinks 30 years is excessive because he’s known people to get less for taking a life, and Fredro added that Kelly is “an a**hole” for doing the things he did. Fredro then clarified that he’s unsure if the 30-year sentence is too much, but he believes that Kelly is “weird” and “egotistical.” From there, Fredro stated that “he deserves what he got,” and he went on to reveal that he’s never met R. Kelly. During the conversation, Fredro spoke about working with Aaron Hall, who he calls “the original R. Kelly” on “I Don’t Wanna Die” and going to Aaron’s house to record the song.
