Previously, footage surfaced showing Lil Durk seemingly being injured during his set at Lollapalooza after an explosion on stage blasted smoke in his face twice. The rapper paused for a minute, then got back into the show. However, Durk took to Instagram to address the mishap and showed a picture of his current status.
The rapper showed himself in what appears to be a hospital, with his right eye patched up. The caption on his photo said, "Due to the incident that happened at Lollapalooza in Chicago on stage, I’ma take a break & focus on my health. I finished my performance yesterday for my fans. Appreciate y’all 💙." Take a look above.

It seems festival stages have been very harmful to rappers these days. Previously, Kid Cudi faced issues after fans threw bottles at him while on stage, hitting him in the head during his Rolling Loud set. Now, news and footage surfaced of Lil Durk suffering a minor injury after walking into two explosions.
The rapper performed at Lollapalooza this past Saturday and walked across the stage during his set. Durk walked directly in the line of fire and was pelted with two blasts of smoke, causing him to stop the performance and cover his face.
The music stopped, and the DJ for Durk’s set can be heard saying, “Woah, woah- you alright bro?” A moment passed, and Durk said, “F**k it, no more smoke, let's do it.” Watch above.
