A Michigan woman was so displeased with a date she went on that she decided to sue the man for $10,000 over what she's calling intention emotional distress.
QaShontae Short sued Richard Jordan for their less than perfect date after she claims he deliberately and intentionally hurt her when he "did not show and left on [her] mother's birthday and [her] mom had just passed away."
During the proceedings which were held via Zoom, Short and Judge Herman Marable get into a verbal spat ending with the judge moving her case out of his court and assigning her a new court date at the circuit court level.
