According to reports, rapper Travis Scott has been sued over 200 times due to the vast amount of injuries that hundreds of people suffered upon entering his infamous Astroworld Music Festival back in November of 2021. Although this event was inexplicably tragic, in the aftermath, several recording artists, such as Adele, Pharell, and Billie Eilish, have stopped proceedings in the middle of their live shows to make sure that an attendee in the audience could avoid being injured. Unfortunately, a concertgoer who attended Lil Uzi Vert's live set at the Wireless Festival wasn't afforded the same prudence when the Philadelphia native picked up a cellphone that a fan threw on his stage and chucked it way out into the audience. The "XO Tour Life" rapper certainly didn't intend to hurt anyone, but when the cellphone landed, it hit a female audience member on the crown of her head, busting her wide open and causing a bloody mess. Shortly after the incident, the victim hopped on TikTok to share her dreadful experience with her friends and family members.

“There is a video of Lil Uzi Vert throwing a phone into the Wireless crowd 2022 on Friday,” she stated in a video clip. “I am sadly that chick that got their head smashed in by the phone. There was someone else but I don’t want to mention him in case it is not permitted. But yes there was some damage caused but the guy got his phone back and everything is being dealt with.”

To be fair, there is plenty of blame to go around, starting with whoever threw their cell phone at Lil Uzi Vert while he was performing, to begin with. Thankfully, the victim in this incident appears to be in good spirits, although photos of her bloodied skull have been circulating social media cycles pretty heavily over the course of the past 24 hours.

Scroll up to take a look at her response to being hit in the head with a cellphone that Lil Uzi Vert threw.
