In this clip, Snow talks about being the first successful White Reggae singer. From there, DJ Vlad explains why he thinks that the Canadian-born musician helped pave the way for other non-Jamaican Reggae singers such as Matisyahu, who became so popular during Vlad's living stint in New York that he began to see him headlining Reggae shows over artists such as Beenie Man. Moving along, the 52-year-old shares what it was like to be a White Reggae singer during his younger days, while also revealing that he was heavily involved in Rock culture and Hip-Hop culture before falling in love with Jamaican culture and Reggae music. As the conversation moves along, Snow shares what it was like to visit Jamaica and be mentored by other musicians there. From there, Snow gives DJ Vlad a little history lesson about the historical connection between Jamaicans and the Irish, and how it stems all the way back from Slavery in the Caribbean. Lastly, he shares a wild story about how his babysitter used to date Rick James.
