DJ Vlad starts this clip off by sharing an interesting stat with Warren Sapp: half of the head coaches in the NBA are Black, while only 6% of the head coaches in the NFL are Black. In response, Sapp declares that the NFL owners operate under a "Good Ol' Boys" system that ensures that the balance of power, in ownership and coaching, will always lack diversity. He then explains why that notion was a huge motivating factor in why he and his former teammates wanted to succeed so bad when Tony Dungy took over as their head coach with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers back in 1996. He then floats a theory about why billionaires typically only socialize amongst each other because most of them are White, which is another reason why there aren't too many Black head coaches in the NFL. To that, DJ Vlad offers some pushback by reminding him that the NBA is also run by White Billionaires but they don't seem to have a problem with hiring Black head coaches.
