Despite their recent public back-and-forth, Kim Kardashian took time out on Father's Day to praise the rapper.
Kim shared photos to her Instagram Stories of Kanye playing with their kids, North, Psalm, Chicago, and Saint. She captioned one of the photos, "Thank you for being the best dad to our babies and loving them to way you do!"
Earlier this year, Kanye went on a viral tirade against Kim, accusing her of not allowing him to see his kids, and he also threatened Kim's boyfriend, Pete Davidson, warning him against being around their children. Kim spoke to Ellen in March about taking the high road despite Kanye publicly slamming her, as she explained, "I think that’s just who I am and I always saw such a good example in my mom and my dad in their relationship, so I’m always just hopeful and no matter what goes on, it’s the father of my kids. I'll always be protective—I always want my kids to just see the best of the best. So I just try to—as hard as it can be sometimes—I do try to ignore it and just try to do whatever’s best for the kids. … Take the high road."
