Previously, the Golden State Warriors won the NBA championship over the Boston Celtics. Many on the team celebrated the win, including Klay Thompson who made a storied return to the team this season. While speaking about the championship after the game, Thompson had some choice words for Memphis Grizzlies player Jaren Jackson Jr, calling him a “bum.” The rivalry between the Warriors and Grizzlies has seemingly heated up, as Ja Morant and Draymond Green have recently exchanged words via Twitter.

Morant defended Jackson by saying his team “got a lot of real estate” in the Warriors’ mind. Draymond Green fired back by saying, “We traded that real estate in @JaMorant the property value was higher in Boston.” A fan went on to say a Christmas Day game between the two should go down, with Morant telling the fan, “Nah in da M. bring em to da trenches.” Green shot back by saying, “The champs play at home, Young! Christmas Day… LJ.” Morant responded, “Im coming to you then. tell em book dat shit. I'm on yo block.” Take a look at their exchange above.
