According to reports, the revenge porn trial involving Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian will go to trial.
Kardashian recently tried to motion for a settlement, but the settlement was denied, a motion that Chyna’s lawyers claim “never existed” to begin with. Chyna sued Kardashian five years ago after he allegedly posted her kissing another man on Instagram. Along with that, Rob posted NSFW images, which caused Chyna to file a restraining order and a lawsuit.
This past Thursday, a judge ruled that Kardashian’s settlement offer was a no-go. The selection process for the jury will start on Monday, according to Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani. The lawyer also noted Chyna is “very pleased” that the case is heading to trial. Ciani went on to say, “Rob Kardashian has never taken responsibility for his heinous and vengeful act of posting revenge porn against Chyna in July 2017. He was never criminally prosecuted. It is finally time for Rob to be held accountable in a court of law.” Stay tuned for more details.
