With so much attention on the fed's recent indictment of Young Thug and his associates in YSL down in Atlanta, people seem to forget that a few rappers from a lesser-known group (called Y&R), one state over, faced a similar predicament in court before being sentenced to at least seven years in prison for gang-related charges.

The names of Y&R Mookey and Y&R Slugga Tee may not ring bells throughout the South quite like Young Thug and Gunna, but nevertheless, the two Florida-born rappers are also serving a high-profile stint behind bars after a prosecution team used their rap lyrics against them in a courtroom. Photos recently surfaced of Y&R Slugga Tee posted up with two other inmates, quite comfortably, while throwing up gang signs in front of the camera. This must have been an encouraging sign for his fans as there had been rumors that the Jacksonville native had been assaulted in prison with a knife.
