Yung Bleu has been very vocal about his journey in music, with the rapper speaking about who he is signed to versus who he isn’t. Along with that, the artist recently announced he is changing his name to just Bleu. Now, while on the ‘Million Dollaz Worth of Game’ podcast, Bleu was asked about his Drake feature and how that came about.

Bleu went on to say, “So, Boogie he from my city, DeMarcus Cousins he’s from my city.” The rapper continued saying Boogie and Drake are close and that Cousins told him he could hear Drake on one of the songs he played. Bleu revealed a week went by, and then he ended up receiving a DM on Instagram from Drake. The Canadian rapper went on to say Boogie mentioned the song he felt Drake would fit on, which caused Drake to ask if Bleu could send the music over. Bleu revealed he missed a Facetime from Drake because he ended up falling asleep but confirmed the feature with Drake the next day after hopping on FaceTime. Watch above at the 11:35 mark.
