Update 05/18/2022 3:47pm:

More details have surfaced regarding Lil Meech's recent arrest and the lengthy prison sentence that he could face.

Lil Meech was reportedly arrested over a $250,000 Richard Mille watch. Back in February, the actor/rapper went to Haimov Jewelers in Miami and placed a down payment of $80,000 payment on a Richard Mille watch, using his Rolex. But according to reports, he neglected to pay the remaining balance or return the item. Instead, he attempted to trade off the watch for another Richard Mille timepiece with a jeweler at a separate store. Hence, the reason for his grand theft charge. As of now, there is no word on when Lil Meech is due in court for the aforementioned accusations.

According to the new reports, the 22-year-old was released on bond on the same day he was arrested.

Last year, Lil Meech rose to prominence as the lead actor in 50 Cent's hit BMF series on the STARZ television network. Now, it appears as though real life might be imitating art as the 22-year-old is facing 60 years in jail for organized fraud (of over $50,000) in the first degree and grand theft (of over $100,000) in the first degree.

The son of the former drug lord known as Demetrius Flenory Sr. was reportedly arrested Monday in Miami. Organized fraud alone is ranked number three under the state of Florida's punishment code, but because the FBI has jurisdiction over cases such as these, this may soon become a federal matter.

In the same manner, as the organized fraud charge grand theft (of over $100,000), is a felony that is punishable by up to 30 years in prison. Lil Meech's father, Big Meech is currently serving a 30-year prison sentence for running a cocaine-trafficking ring throughout the United States.

Stay tuned as more details become available.
