Update 05/13/2022 2:53pm:

According to reports, WWE Hall of Fame Tammy “Sunny” Sytch was put back in jail, following a recent bond hearing on Friday morning. Sytch posted bond on May 7, a day after she was arrested for illegally killing a man while drunk driving in Florida this past March

Prosecutors initially argued that the woman shouldn’t have received any bond for the DUI, saying she was a danger to the community. Since then, it seems the judge on the case agreed, revoking Sytch’s bond in a Volusia County courtroom. The woman will remain locked up until May 31, her next court hearing. As of now, Sytch is facing eight criminal charges.

Reports and a mugshot noted that WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch was arrested on a DUI manslaughter charge following a car crash that resulted in the death of a Florida man.

The incident occurred in Daytona Beach in March 2021 and found the woman slamming her car into another car sitting at a stoplight. A 75-year-old man named Julian Lasseter was rushed to the hospital as a result. The man ultimately passed away from injuries related to the crash.

Sytch was reportedly driving on a suspended or revoked license when the accident happened. Police went on to say, “The investigation may lead to criminal charges, which are pending toxicology results. OBPD has requested an expedited timeframe on the processing of these samples, and the results will be made available as soon as the department receives them.” Sytch is facing several other charges and up to 30 years in prison if convicted.
