The death of social media “relationship guru” Kevin Samuels caused a divide amongst followers and detractors of the often-viral personality. Samuels found himself speaking with women like Brittany Renner and Nicki Minaj but also faced many detractors who questioned the motives of the “guru” rating “high-value” men and women. Many have taken to social media to call out Samuels for things he said while he was alive, and now T.I. has come to the defense of the late Samuels.

The rapper called out social media users for “bullying” Samuels while he isn’t here to defend himself, saying, “The s**t is f**king a travesty of justice.” He continued saying, “I can’t stand it, I can’t stand it. I ain’t gon’ let y’all bully this dead man. We gon’ let this man rest in peace.”

T.I. spoke to various people on Instagram Live about why they chose to call out Samuels, but before that, he finished his statement on people trying to “bully” the YouTuber. “Whatever he did, he did it and [he’s] gone. He got away with it, f**k ya. That’s between him and God. Him and the Lord gon’ have to deal with it. You ain’t got no heaven or hell to put him in,” said the rapper. He finished by saying, “I want to see who the f**k [wants] to say something to me, while I’m still alive.” Watch above.
